Tier-1 products Inc. will not be responsible for any importation fees.

Return Policy:  

* 15% restocking fee for all returned orders.
* 10% cancellation fee for orders placed after a 24-hour period.
* No order will be accepted without a Return Authorization       Number. 
* Customers responsibility to pay for all shipping costs(s) involved
   in the return.

Tier-1 Products Inc. cannot accept returns on certain items, including:

• Any item that is gas powered or contains flammable liquids
• Any product(s) missing serial number/UPC
• Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged, missing parts or missing originally enclosed item manual/documentation
